THE LEGAL HOLIDAYS IN LUXEMBOURG FOR THE YEAR 2012

 

(*): Legal holiday which turns out to be a Saturday or a Sunday and replaced by a compensatory day off according to articles L.232-3 and L.232-6 (2) of the Labour Code.

 

Moreover, some days off are foreseen in a collective labour agreement or are granted on a voluntary basis by the employer (i.e.: Carnival Monday, Good Friday, Local Holiday in Luxembourg-City, All Soul’s Day...).
