SOCIAL ELECTIONS: 13 November 2013 Wednesday, September 11, 2013

By ministerial order of 2 September 2013 (published on September 9), the date of the elections for the establishment or renewal of staff representatives is fixed on Wednesday, November 13.

Companies where social elections cannot take place on November 13 due to problems related to work organization, the voting will start on Monday, November 11 at the earliest. In any case, the closing of the voting and vote counting will mandatorily take place on November 13.
