IF Payroll & HR becomes ISO 9001: 2008 certified
IF Payroll & HR, located at 45, rue des Scillas in Howald, has been awarded the ISO 9001: 2008 certificate by SNCH, “Société Nationale de Certification et d’Homologation”. As first payroll provider in Luxembourg to comply with this international standard, this approach is part of a continuous improvement of which the client is the primary beneficiary. This certification must be renewed and revalidated every year.
IF Payroll & HR has been awarded the ISO 9001: 2008 certification for « all its payroll activities, including the management of payroll services». This is the first payroll provider to be certified the ISO 9001 in Luxembourg. The ISO 9000 group focuses on «Quality Management». This term means that the company undertakes to meet the client’s quality requirements and any applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to improve customer satisfaction and continual improvements of its performance in achieving its objectives.
According to ISO 9001: 2008, the concept for the development of Quality System Management within IF Payroll and HR was twofold. At IF Payroll & HR, the culture was already strongly « client oriented ». Furthermore, the ISO 9001: 2008 requirements partly meet the expectations of customers and their auditors.

During the audit, which was conducted by SNCH, many strengths were highlighted, including: «The quality system implemented by IF Payroll & HR is suited to the purposes of the company. It is alive, dynamic and correctly applied by all staff met during the audit.”
Aurélie Bouilly, Manager at IF Payroll & HR adds: « The ISO 9001: 2008 award requires much preparation: all of our processes and our internal checkpoints during the payroll period were reviewed and refined.”
Christophe Tignee, Associate Director at IF Payroll and HR concludes this by providing its HR expertise: « Obtaining this certification demonstrates not only the commitment of both the board of directors and management but also of all employees to continually increase the effectiveness of quality management systems in order to accomplish the missions assigned, to achieve the goals and satisfy customers.»

IF Payroll & HR was established on 23 December 2008 (however, the social secretary activity has been in existence since 1970 under Interfiduciaire.)
The company’s corporate purpose is to carry out services known as social secretary in the broad sense, which include payroll management, assistance with administrative procedures related to the hiring and the departure of personnel, the management of requirements to official Luxembourg bodies regarding social security, taxation and employment.
