IF Payroll & HR and IF Online become members of the new “Service Academy” association which works towards the development and promotion of culture and service in a business Monday, July 16, 2012

Two of IF Group’s entities, IF Payroll & HR and IF Online, have recently committed themselves to the “Service Academy” association. This association was founded by eleven Luxembourgish entrepreneurs from different sectors of the economy, all sharing the same values and beliefs in a service culture.

The concept of the association is based on four pillars (to create an atmosphere of well-being, to show respect, to be competent and to act professionally) whilst always placing the individual at the centre of all action.

Lucien Komes, Managing Director of IF Payroll & HR and IF Online, says: “The certifications (ISO 9001 : 2008 for IF Payroll & HR and ISO 27001 : 2005 for IF Online) are undoubtedly very important. However, we wanted to advance with a business philosophy based on human values.”

In order to assess the situation, an anonymous survey was conducted internally.
The survey consisted of three major themes:
- Corporate culture, specifically regarding issues based on respect, commitment, communication
- Individuals with subjects related specifically to friendliness, attentiveness, sincerity
- Workplaces with emphasis on the general appearances of offices, cleanliness, workstations

The results were analyzed and action plans will be deployed and monitored at regular intervals.

Therefore, IF Payroll & HR and IF Online have been awarded the « Service Plus » label; a label assigned to every business member of the association upon the conception and implementation of a concrete plan of action.
